Welcome and thank you for taking the time to visit our website. I would now like to educate you on retractable or vanishing screens! I will begin with our screens, California Vanishing Screens Of Canada, Inc. Our first feature, the housing, this is what holds the screening, it is made of the finest quality aluminum which is powder coated for a longer life and nicer finish. Our housing Cassette completely encloses the screen, which enables us to install in virtually any door or window inside the jam or outside without any modification of the frame. Our product stands alone with this claim, other companies have half a cassette making installation only possible on the outside. For them to install inside the jam, the frame would have to be modified to cover open screening, as there would be nothing to hold the screen in place. Our magnets cover the full length of the door or window, this insures a stronger closure and a neater finish, other companies have one inch magnets.

Our screening is P.V.C. Fiberglass and comes in two shades, gray or black. This mesh is long wearing, soft and very durable. In both our bottom and top tracks we have a strong wearing fiber brushing, this keeps the screens running smoothly and helps to keep the screens from leaving the tracks. Most importantly, these brushes keep mosquitoes, ants and ladybugs from going over or under loose retractable screens also this same brushing runs full length on the outside of our cassettes making our screen system virtually 99% bug free! OUR MOTTO IS KEEP THEM OUT! We stand alone with this claim as no other company in Canada has all these unique features.

We can cover a door or window up to 12 feet tall and up to a span of 10 feet wide!

Our frames come in nine designer colours; White, Sand, Ivory, Brown, Bronze, Green, Silver Black and Gunmetal Bronze.

Our installers come to your home, they measure your doors and/or windows, cut and install on site for prompt, accurate and competent workmanship. A single door takes less than one hour from start to completion and requires only one visit to install!

There are other companies who sell and install a similar product, however none of these companies have all or any of our unique designs and extras! I do hope you will be the educated consumer and consider all the many extra features and their importance that we provide to you at no extra cost.
